The Maine Department of Education Computer Science initiative has provided our school with new robotics and coding kits. We just received our Sphero Indis robots and they are a hit!
Indi is brand new to VCS, and students in PreK through grade 5 have really enjoyed learning computational thinking and problem-solving through this unplugged coding tool. Students are encouraged to design mazes and complete puzzles through hands-on, imaginative play.
